Malik B. El-Amin is a proud member of Actors Equity Association.  As such, El-Amin has built most of his career performing in regional theatre, while based in New York.  Regional credits include Blues For an Alabama Sky at Indiana Repertory Theatre, A Lesson Before Dying at Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati (winner of Cincinnati Entertainment Award for Best Visiting Actor), Seven Guitars with Penumbra Theatre Company, and Henry V with Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, among others.  He was last seen in Los Angeles reprising the role of Jefferson in A Lesson Before Dying at the Actors Group Theatre.  El-Amin holds an MFA from the Graduate Acting Program at Brandeis University. Learn more at www.MalikEl-Amin.com
